Just a reference sheet for anyone looking to draw the Silver Spectre for AFL or anything else for that matter. A brief overview of his powers and abilities...

He is an ex-FBI agent turned vigilante, by and large, he is considered to be an enemy of the state because he "knows too much". He still operates as a hero, of course. This background has given him some special skills, such as espionage, criminal psychology, forensics, and investigative prowess. He is also a decent hand-to-hand combatant, with some military close quarters combat training. No Bruce Lee or anything, just some boxing, judo and basic karate.

He also employs some high tech weaponry and equipment, such as his overcoat, which allows him to become intangible and invisible. The coat also allows him to walk on air if he is intangible. The gas mask does what any gas mask would do. He also wears gloves that have a high voltage taser built into them that he can use to stun or otherwise disable opponents. He drives a Rolls Royce Phantom, which is suped up and silent, and uses an enhanced tommy gun, when all else fails.

His greatest gift, however, is his mind. He, through some training by his fellow g-men, can affect the emotions of his opponents, moslty fear is the one he is best at, and can also create limited hallucinations, both visual or audible. He can even control peoples minds, though it's pretty taxing for him to do so, and his physical body is vulnerable while he is doing it. Anyway, I'm really looking forward to this years AFL3, win or lose, Spec will make his mark.
